About the Practice & Services
Studio One is a private art therapy practice based in Michigan. With offerings in-person and online, art therapist Molly Diana leads clients deeper into their creativity to experience embodied, transformational healing.
What is Art Therapy?
Through the use of creative self-expression, Art Therapy is a therapeutic practice used to explore emotions, improve self-esteem, manage addictions, relieve stress, and engage mental illness and disabilities.
Do you need prior art experience?
All people are capable of self-expression regardless of skill-level or experience. Your art therapist will provide you with any direction or assistance needed, and is always aware of your personal comfort level when guiding you towards certain art practices. Art Therapy benefits any and everyone!
What can I expect from a session?
During your session, your art therapist will activate creative modalities tailored to fit your personal needs and comfort level. Some examples include guided meditations, writing prompts, drawing, painting, and sculpting work.
